The handsfree is great for steadicam or any application where you want to steer with your feet. This is a quality item, rare and very few are in the US. It costs new over 6K and is not available without buying a Segway which is in addition to the cost of the adaptor. I will sell this unit without a Segway and is in great condition with little use.
